Recruited by Founder Susan Marshall, who, moving forward, will serve on the board of advisors, Kelly Schwedland is a highly regarded serial entrepreneur and an expert at identifying and maximizing growth levers and driving revenue. Most notably, Kelly served as an Entrepreneur in Residence with Elevate Ventures for 7 years. He mentored numerous startups through the early phases of the company growth and funding before serving 4 years as President of Openinsights, an AI platform for delivering predictive insights to retailers. Kelly has had the experience of building growth through partnerships at several of the companies he has worked on over the years and he brings that experience to Torchlite clients. Kelly is a graduate of Both Indiana University Kelley School and University of Chicago Booth School of Business
