Scrubs & Beyond became a Salesforce customer in order to merge their brick-and-mortar and e-commerce activity into one customer model. Previously, they used Sales Cloud on a limited basis for their B2B sales team, but decided to purchase Salesforce Marketing Cloud to communicate with their customers in a more personalized way.After engaging with an agency and not seeing the results they wanted, Scrubs & Beyond set out to find someone with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Einstein experience. They had a hard time finding an agency that had all the skills they needed for this project.
