Wow! What a pivotal year for Torchlite. Over the past three years, we’ve been providing customers access to some of the best experts in the world. These freelance experts are building their own businesses, kicking ass and taking names. They are entrepreneurs who are enabling brands to transform their digital marketing and grow their businesses. We are very proud of our network and can’t thank them enough.
2018 By the Numbers
In 2018, the Torchlite team:
- Wrote hundreds of thousands of lines of code
- Drank 288 cans of lime LaCroix and 420 cans of Diet Coke
- Sent 207 pieces of direct mail
- Welcomed five dogs to the office
- Participated in one ping pong tournament
- Completed 17 puzzles
- Took 25 Wednesday Walks
2018 was a year of growth for us, and I couldn’t be more proud of all that we’ve accomplished.
The Torchlite Private Marketplace Platform
Through our work with hundreds of customers and freelance experts, we developed a platform that enables martech companies like HubSpot and Salesforce to provide their own private marketplace of on-demand digital marketing experts. The response has been great.
This attracted investment from Salesforce Ventures, and more and more marketing technology companies are licensing our platform to reduce attrition and help their customers be successful.
People Matter Most
Nothing matters most than the people you surround yourself with. I couldn’t be more proud of the team at Torchlite and the work they do. Their passion and dedication to our customers are second to none. It takes developers, salespeople, customer success managers, analysts, admins, marketers, and recruiters to make our marketplace work and scale.
